  4. Technical Issues: If you do not receive your activation license(s) within the specified time frame in section 2, please check your email’s spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer. If you encounter any difficulties while downloading or accessing your digital purchase, please reach out to our customer support team.   5. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
